 Pacific Rodera Energy Inc. is a dynamic junior oil and gas company traded on the Toronto Venture exchange under the symbol "PRD.V". We are growing through joint venture partnerships in central Alberta that complement our Northwest Territories Exploration program and existing production at Trutch in northeast British Columbia. Our strong balance sheet allows us to look for acquisition and merger candidates in the 500 to 5000 BOE range. We are concentrating on properties and companies that have large operated working interests that will give us focused core areas with large contiguous land positions. We are also looking internationally for development opportunities in order to develop a growth strategy with exposure to other developing oil and gas markets.
