PRD Energy has aquired 18,000 gross acres of land in the Trochu area of Alberta. The Alberta government´s royalty program that became effective in 2009 hinders development in central Alberta and we are currently evaluating more economic strategies in which to invest. There has been interest from industry with respect to farming in or purchasing our Central Alberta lands.
